Check in time is 2 pm. until 10 pm. Check out is 11am . If you are planning on arriving late in the evening (after 10 p.m.) please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Our Cancellation Policy

Up to 14 days prior to the check-in date, you may cancel your reservation, with only a $25 cancellation fee.
If you cancel less than 14 days before the check-in date, you will be billed for one night's room rent,
unless the room is re-rented for the nights reserved.

If we are able to re-rent your room, we will credit your credit card for your deposit less the $25 cancellation fee.
On your next trip to the Adirondacks, bring this letter with you to check-in, and we will credit the $25 cancellation fee
to your first night's stay.

If we were not able to re-rent the room, at your next opportunity to come to the Inn,bring a copy of this letter with you and we will credit 50% of the one night's charge to your next overnight stay at the Big Moose Inn. If you choose to come Sunday through Thursday in March, May, June, September or October, we will credit 100% of the charge.
